Booked the alice in wonderland 3d. Was so much fun. Puzzles had a range of assortments between easy and hard. There was a puzzle for everyone of my family to figure out. The room was spectacular. The moment you walked in you were amazed by the set. It was so bright, colorful and the 3d popped everywhere. We were so excited we booked the Frankenstein room next. The steam punk was apparent on the door before you even entered the room. When in the room there was so much to see and do. The set was so spectacular we were in awe for our first 5 minutes. We found the puzzles to be a bit more challenging but when you solved them you really were more excited. My favourite about the experience is the game master didnt enter the room to give you a clue instead would have a clue put on a screen in the room so it didnt take away from the fact that you are immersed in this reality and locked in. I also loved that if you were struggling but so close the game master could give you a small nudge on the screen without giving you a full clue and that seemed to make the game more fun because it took the stress out of enjoying an activity with the family. Our game master was so sweet and made our experience a complete joy. We are looking forward to trying out the other two rooms they have. We have been to plenty of escape rooms and this by far has been the best experience. There were no broken items in the rooms, all clues were in the right spots, rooms were clean, rooms were well decorated, the way the game master could listen if you asked for a clue instead of pushing a button for someone to come help, the way they displayed clues on a screen and the wonderful staff all made this a five star experience for my family. Greet job!
We had done the Alice in wonderland room. It was very fun, with some surprisingly creative puzzles! Not going to give anything away, but you HAVE to have a group to complete it. The 3d glasses were an interesting touch, but they did have a tendency to give you a headache after a while. We were in the most kid friendly room, because we had some young ones, but even then some of it was a little scary for them. I would recommend 10 and up only.
We did the Trump Escape room. Overall their customer service was above and beyond unfortunately that’s the only positive to our experience. We had two birthdays in the group and could only use one free birthday coupon do closet birthday got to play for free reasonable may be switch to discount like 2 for 1 in that case . We showed up late called in advance and they still accommodate us as well as let us finish the room since we were “so close” pretty standard. All the jokes were hilarious but undermined by the difficulty. I have done so escape rooms in the past and this ranks at the bottom for me. The way to receive hints eats up your time and is super inconvenient.The puzzle clues aren’t close to the locks making it difficult to decipher which clue goes where. Also some of the clues were super cryptic or mismatched or off by a number making it look like it was just decor when in fact it was an important lock combo. Even with a demonstration on some locks we still got stuck even with the right combo. We lost I say about 5-10 minutes on a major puzzle which needs to upgrade its moving pieces to allow for smother movements as well as staying in place which appears to be a known issue since they offered to over ride it. Overall super difficult and frustrating will be sticking to my regular Escape Room.
Not the best room for my group. I don't know if the room was supposed to stink and other part of the room didn't work well. The door opened and we weren't even done, it was so awkward. The workers needs more enthusiasm as well. Seems like they're only there for the money and doesn't care if the team had fun.
My friends and I went here not too long ago, and having been once before I had high expectations. We went to the Frankenstein room and were excited to hear that it was one of the more challenging rooms with extra puzzles. We even had a friend who had never been to an escape room so we were hoping to give her a good experience. However, we were extremely let down. Not only were some of the puzzles impossible, considering a worker let us skip it and said that she herself wasn't able to do it, but part of the room was broken and staff had to spend around 10 minutes just trying to fix it. The puzzles were poorly done and were only challenging because they made no logical sense. The staff were friendly but it didn't make up for everything that went wrong in the room. If you do plan on going here, don't do the Frankenstein room as it is a let down.
Great rooms, have done a couple of them. Really well done and thought out. Multiple mini rooms in each room with a variety of puzzles. Highly recommend this place.
Had so much fun. Was way more complicated than we thought going in. But we got out! Had a bday of 14. We booked 2 rooms...... No complaints!
I LOVED going there with friends we did the Alice and wonderland room and the Frankenstein room both different days it was really fun and a recommend going there!
We did the Alice room -- some neat puzzle types and a cool use of the 3D glasses! Challenging but not too hard for the tween half of our group. Free play for your birthday was also a nice promo.
Sooooo great, our group loves escape rooms and have been to quite a few different cities and locations! Confined is absolutely amazing, we did our first 3D room and it did not disappoint. The colors and scheme are absolutely incredible. Our game Master was also fantastic, super friendly, helpful and very accommodating! Can't wait to stop by and try out another room at this wonderful location!
