#2 The Walden Sandwich. Perfect proportions of Prosciutto, Tomato, Pesto and Mozzarella. The Ciabatta was fresh and crusty but not dense. YUM.
I always loved their Country Kitchen Turkey sandwich as it was made with real fresh turkey meat not coldcuts but today it tasted like it was make from not so fresh Deli meat. It was a real disappointment. Please bring back the real turkey.
These owners are very nice and work hard to bring great variety with their offerings. Wonderful selection of cheese, wine. Homemade sandwiches and salads. Great selection of ice cream and vegetables. Love shopping there.
Bought a ready- to - eat meal here on a busy day; got home only to find it was expired by a couple of days. So I did not have time to bring it back and I had to scrounge up something else to feed the family at the last minute. Can’t recommend
This is a cool little place just outside Concord center which looks for all the world like a high-end organic market. Which it kind of is, but it's also a deli that makes tasty sandwiches and other deli fare I've only had the sandwiches, but they're worth a visit just for that, and a liquor store with a surprisingly wide, if slightly eclectic, selection. I like eclectic, so a win for me. Recommended.
The best of the best of the best in everything. Especially in how everyone is treated. Rarely do you find in this neck of the woods any owner who actually cares what they sell. Practically every company around here wants your money and does not care about you. Feel blessed if you get here-
The best deli I've been to in New England! Amazing options, super clean, everyone there is really friendly, and an interesting selection in the grocery section. We'll definitely be back!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! What is wrong with Victor Patel? Don't go here unless you know that Trish from Country Kitchen is there and will make your sandwich! I ordered a sandwich and was given the wrong thing. My order was very clear -- I wanted chicken, pesto, mozzarella, and tomatoes and I wanted it grilled. I got home and it was not the right sandwich. It was deli meat and it was cold and the cheese was not melted. I called and said I wanted a new sandwich. The owner's wife said she'd call me back in 5 minutes. Weird The owner, Victor, called and argued with me and told me I got what I had ordered. He reluctantly said to bring the sandwich back and he would look at it. Weird. When I got there he inspected the sandwich and pointed to the menu board and again insisted I had gotten what I had ordered. I pleaded with him to simply give me the sandwich I wanted and had ordered but he said it would cost an extra $2 for grilled chicken. At that point, I was angry and beyond exasperated. The store was crowded and I couldn't believe what was happening. I told him I didn't have my wallet and would not pay extra for him to make my order right, so he called the cops!!! Beyond bizarre! I've ordered that exact sandwiches numerous times but that's beside the point. The customer was NOT happy and he refused to make it right and called the police! Pretty sure they have better things to do with their time! I demanded my money back and left empty handed. I have been a customer for 13 years but will NEVER shop there again!!! Thankfully, this town has another superb gourmet grocery store and deli that is managed by the former manager of Concord Provisions, Manny. Concord Market now has all my business and I trust Manny and his team will treat me and all their customers the way they always do and the way we deserve to be treated. With respect just as I treat people who wait on me and deliver proper service with kindness and respect!
I love this place. I love the convenience and the selection, and I'm obsessed with the sandwiches. The liquor is definitely too expensive though, so I usually buy elsewhere, unless I'm in a total rush.
It's a nice throwback with the sandwiches from the country kitchen. My dad started and owned the original shop so it was nice to see some of his sandwiches still on the menu.
