It's grate there.most of the time you're in &out .faster than the ER .you can ecstatic a great administrating clerk to take down all your information & make it ready for the nurses and doctor be for your are seen .the nurses and doctors are very respectful and caring. & make feel very comfortable.the horseshoe lab great .along with the concord hospitals. My family have been going to both for greater than 25 years.
Janet was amazing! She was very friendly and she was quick and I didn’t have any pain. I’ll definitely be back to horseshoe pond.

I have been using concord hospital system for at least 10 years now. Wonderful facilities and staff across the boards.
Came to have blood drawn they drew the wrong persons blood in place of me and insisted that I had already given my own when I hadn't and told me there was nothing they could do now
Local close to home professional staff. Not what I choose to do but you need to care for your self so staying local makes it simpler to do. Insurance makes it affordable. Lots of parking.
If I could go lower than one star I would. I specifically asked for a certain needle and was told we’ll see and you don’t need it before even being examined. I know my veins and I know my body more than a woman who met me for all of two minutes if that. I was nothing but a number to her. Beside manner was very neutral. I expressed my fear and concerns and was still ignored. Not impressed.
We took our 2 year old for a blood draw and had the sweetest and most genuine technicians. They were incredibly gentle and reassuring to our daughter and were even more reassuring towards us very nervous parents. All around a great experience!
very organized, nice staff and fast service
Service was friendly. The wait to get lab work done was a tad long. Total process took about an hour or so.
