Our IT technicians have years of experience in repairing, upgrading and maintaining computers, printers and network related issues.

We also provide services such as hardware or software upgrades and installation of peripheral devices.

We are able to work on both warranty and outside of warranty repairs on most models including Asus, Mac, Lenovo, Toshiba, HP, Lexmark, and more. To determine if your product is under warranty, give us a call. We can usually find the information online for most major manufacturers.

Outstanding service! I called to see if they could recover my lost emails since I was told a week at the other place and hadn’t got a call days later and told me how to do it myself over the phone for free!!!! I found them in 5 min on the server myself… I should have called them first cause the other place did the same thing I did in 5 min and are going to charge me $50 for it. I will be going to Computer Professionals for all my computer needs from now on!! Friendly, helpful, fast service where the staff are out to help you not rob you. My mom had her hard drive pulled out of her computer and they were able to do it in an hour for her. Computer professionals knows how important our computers are to our work and school lives and go above and beyond. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.
These guys are great! My computer holds all of my work, hobbies, etc. When it shut down, I fully expected to have to replace the hard drive. Ryan was amazing! Fixed my baby faster than he said he could and it cost a tenth of what my nightmares said to expect. Thanks so much!
After three power surges within 20sec, our server computer wouldn't reboot. I took the server-computer to Ryan at Computer Professionals. It turned out that the power surge broke the hard drive. Ryan replaced it with a new one and rescued all our data from the damaged hard drive. Within less than three hours, I picked up the computer in perfect condition again, all for a reasonable price.
Very happy to be able to count on these Computer Professionals when needed. The team that works hard to - well - make things work! Reasonably priced and my "I hope I did not kill it"-computer runs like new
David Moen here again. This post is edited to respond to Steven Lewis' review. Mr. Lewis purchased a budget laptop from us in 2019. The unit was brand new. The CPU in the laptop is an Intel i3-7100 which was manufactured from 2017 to 2019, so it is impossible that it is a "2016 computer". Finally, when it comes to service, nobody here even received a call from Mr. Lewis requesting service. If we had, we would have asked him to bring the laptop to the shop as during the COVID pandemic we are restricting on site services for safety. Perhaps Mr. Lewis was unhappy that we require customers wear masks to enter the store. My name is David Moen, I own Computer Professionals, and I would like to respond to this review. First of all, I am sorry Mr. Wiebe is unhappy, but in my opinion he is being unrealistic. A “Manufacturer’s Warranty” is just what it says, a performance guarantee put forth by the manufacturer, not by the reseller. The term of the warranty of the laptop the Wiebe’s purchased is spelled out on the in-store informational flyer, on the box the laptop went home in, in the Warranty Information brochure included with the laptop, on the invoice that the Wiebe’s received and on a sticker placed on the laptop’s palm rest by the manufacturer. All state that the Manufacturer’s Warranty extends 12 months from the date of purchase. That is a total of 5 written definitions of the warranty that were provided to the Wiebe’s. In addition apparently the laptop was shipped back to the manufacturer to repair some damage under the “Accidental Damage Protection” provisions of Asus’s excellent warranty. At that time the Asus customer service representative would have asked for the unit’s purchase date, and confirmed the warranty provisions to the customer. It was likely that, at the time of purchase, it was explained to them that by paying for the purchase on their credit card, the credit card company would likely extend the standard warranty for an additional year. This would have to be explored with the credit card company, not the laptop manufacturer, nor with Computer Professionals. At the time the laptop was purchased, I was told by the customer that they were purchasing it from us because our price was far lower than the other stores they had shopped at. In addition to a competitive price, we provided setup services at no charge. A month after the purchase, Mr. Wiebe tried to return the laptop, indicating that there was something wrong with it. When we started the laptop up at that time and asked him to explain what was wrong with it, he pointed out some issues in the web browser, it turned out he was just not familiar with some of the functions, and he was provided with instructions to overcome the issues. He then changed his story saying that he found the laptop elsewhere, at a lower price, and wanted us to price match, a month after purchase, as we have not similar price protection from our suppliers we were unable to comply with his request. Finally Mr. Wiebe said that he wanted to return the unit because he wanted to buy another brand of laptop. Again as we are unable to return a laptop to our suppliers that is functioning perfectly, we could not return the unit. At Computer Professionals we “bend over backwards” to make our customers happy. For 25 years we have built our business on customer satisfaction. In a small community we believe this is the only way to survive. We deal with our customers in an honest and forthright manner and expect they will do the same in return.
I have dealt with them on several occasions and all I can say is Great support. They are always willing to give me information and help in anyway they can. Not to mention getting me the motherboard and parts I want at a comparable price to online shopping : . It's been a while but they truly deserve this review. 5 Stars thank you.
Brought my computer in because it would not power on at all and it took them all of an hour to fix. Even though it was a minor problem I had tried everything I could think of. they could have easily lied and kept it for a day or two and make some excuse as what was wrong. Geeks quad from best buy does that, so nice to see a reliable and honest computer repair in salmon arm.
Bought a laptop, was told multiple times that the computer had a 2-year manufacturers warranty, both on the phone and in person. I paid a premium for the service and the warranty. I would not have purchased the computer at the premium price if it was not for the long warranty. At 22 months into my warranty I had an issue with the computer and took it to Computer Professionals, as they had advised me to do when I purchased the laptop. I was then told the computer only had a twelve-month warranty. They refused to do anything for me and told me I should have looked at the receipt which I only received AFTER the purchase. I am extremely disappointed that my choice to support a small, local business resulted in a premium price for service that did not exist. I will not buy from this store again.
