Domino's Pizza

Horrible delivery service, always late, always an issue. You see your order delivered kn the app though it’s not even on the way.

Pizza tasting like soap! We had pizzas tasting very florally around the stuffed crust. We rung up to get replacements and I was laughed at and not believed by the rude manager. I had to go back in store bring back both pizzas so I could get 2 new ones. I’m happy I got replacement and thank god they did not taste like soap but still had no apology. I was made to feel like I was lying- for what 2 free slices of pizza???? It doesn’t surprise me it tasted like soap- no gloves- all it takes it someone not to rinse properly.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Pizza sent back as arrived 1 hour late and stone cold. Abuse over the phone from the manager when i requested a refund. Please do yourself a favour and order from the slough branch further but quicker delivery and guaranteed hot. Alternatively Pizza Hut or Pappa John's will look after you on the same road. Still waiting for a refund let's see how that goes. Not holding my breath. Probably the worse franchisee dominos have in the country.

Absolutely appalling. The order took over an hour to be delivered, the pizza was cold and we had to put in the oven to heat it. It tasted terrible. This was not the first time either. The service is awful. Will never order from this Domino again, truly dreadful.

Awful service, manager was incredibly rude as was the delivery driver. Missing items, messed up pizza and then had the audacity to be rude when we complained. Update: we were originally credited with our next order free, Yuvarj refused to honor this and his manager Kamarn then did the same. Absolutely awful service. Avoid like the plague.

Delivery takes ages from here. Second time pizza has arrived cold. First time it took over an hour for it to be delivered and it took nearly an hour today even though the tracking said it was already delivered within 30 mins of ordering

The store got the order wrong delivering two wrong pizzas, drink, sides and ice cream. Returned after a phone call to recollect the food. Was assured the food was being returned to the store and not to another household after being in our home for sometime. I refused to return the ice cream as a health hazard as it was melting. Not the best service especially ion the current climate.
