Receptionist could do with some training who is rather abrupt when explaining stuff. Speaks too loud. A pal actually heard her say SOB over the phone in a conversation, and she sits in an open concept area. The job books have not been updated. Shame that people don't do their jobs, and are subsidized by the government and taxpayers monies. Most of these agencies are actually a way for updating the job market stats with all of your personal info taken by the government.
