The worst place in Buckhannon you could possibly go to. They take hours to do anything.The pharmacy connected to them is terrible. They snicker, laugh, and are just plain rude. You could be extremely sick and I still don’t think they would care. Awful place. Should be replaced with better staff.

I was an intern here for 6 weeks. They treated us interns like we were royalty! I had given up a vacation to see my family in Kansas for both the money and experience the internship had to offer, but at the end of the 6 weeks I’d realized that I found a new family. I felt truly welcome, and a warm feeling crept over me. I smiled and took one last look around the room on my last day, and then I left. Throughout the six weeks, they brought us amazing food each Friday and invited guest speakers to teach us about the real world. They even bought us custom made clothing, and had a big party with a bunch of pastas and two different cakes to choose from. As for why a customer should care about what I’m saying, if a company truly values its employees, it will also value you. The CEO is also a really nice and interesting man. If any of my CCWV family ever reads this, y’all are truly amazing.

Every time I have an appointment I never have to wait long in the waiting room or in the room when they take you back very nice people and make sure you have everything you need before you leave .

I’ve had to use community care twice in the last 4 months. I’ve had to wait approximately 20 minutes, the staff were polite, helpful- the doctor caring and well informed. I much prefer this to the emergency room. VERY pleased with Dr. Baker and staff.

The receptionist should be terminated immediately. After advertising for walk-in rapid COVID and Flu-A/B via internet and phone menu, I was told, “We don’t do that anymore”. My son is displaying all but one symptom and I have to travel tomorrow. When asked about an exception to policy due to circumstances, she replied “Like I said before, set an appointment”. I was not remotely rude or upset. She was condescending at best. I hope she feels powerful in her rolling chair. This is as far as her professional career will ever go due to her attitude. Dr. Ray Leonard just lost a long-time patient due to his indirect staff. I feel bad for him, because he’s a great guy. Hopefully this will increase accountability within this specific practice.

Visited this clinic in Buckhannon on 12/26/2017. We were told an hour wait, all together it took 3 hours. We spent about 10 minutes with the nurse practitioner. It was a quick assessment on a 2 y/o boy, she looked at his throat and listened to his lungs. She did not look up his nose or in his ears. Swabbed him for the flu neg and gave him Zofran, at this point we were in the hall outside the exam room too warm . When asking questions about his treatment and future care with an antibiotic if he wasn't better in a few days, the NP just walked away stating we should google it. And that was the end of the appointment. After 3 hours and $120 spent we learned he didn't have the flu and that he'd be nausea free for 6 hours. If your looking for real treatment do not go here. Instead of addressing everything in our first visit we were told to come back later if he was still sick. $$$ and a prolonged illness is all you'll gain from this place. Your better off waiting to see an MD.

Showed up at 3:50 on Saturday. The sign says they are open till 4. The door was locked and they lady inside looked at us and turned around. No one even came to the door. Pretty crummy when my sick 7 year old was standing with me......

Of course appointments always work better to minimize wait time. Good staff

I advise anyone with children DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE..I had my daughter here the week beforw last and misdiagnosed her then when i call my daughter pediatricians to make an appt they informed me she was no longer a patient there bc Community Care took it upon theirselves to ILLEGALLY have my daughters records pulled and transfered to their office when I DID NOT give any consent for that or sign any papers allowing it!!!
