Biddulph and Huntsman Orthopedic Surgery is the continuation of a thirty-year heritage in orthopedics in the Eastern Idaho Region. Both Dr. Biddulph and Dr. Huntsman grew up in Idaho Falls and understand hard working residents of Eastern Idaho. Both surgeons have a desire to provide the best orthopedic care possible for their patients. Because of their training, continuing education, and their ability to compliment each other's practice they have been able to provide excellent orthopedic services to their patients.

It's a busy place, but for good reason, they have excellent doctors. Wait times can be a little long sometimes but it's completely worth it to know that you are getting such a high level of care. The staff is great to work with, and Doctor Huntsman is very personable. He isn't one of those doctors that jumps straight to surgery, he tries to find the right fit for you, no matter what that is. My family and I will continue to use his office, he has always proven himself with his excellent results.

We love Dr. Huntsman and his staff. He's helped me with surgery for a torn acl and meniscus, helped my son with shoulder issues and leg issues, and helped my daughter with a mid-foot sprain. His receptionist is absolutely incredible! She is so friendly and helpful. Every time we've come to the office she is happy, helpful and thorough, even though she is incredibly busy.

Every time I go here I wait a half hour to get to the room the dr comes in. Then I wait there for at least 45 min to see the dr. And that's a last time they forgot about me so after an hour I walked out of the room to ask if they forgot about me. I'm supposed to get physical therapy guess I won't I don't have that much time a week for that bs

When I was having issues with insurance everyone helped me out so much. Dr. Dalling personally called them and talked with them over the phone. His secretary was on the phone well over an hour trying to get a rush done on preapproval for surgery. Everyone that works here is amazing and goes the extra length to do whatever they can to help their patients.

I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received at my first visit today. The receptionist spent more time on the phone instead of the work that was right in front of her. Maybe you should hire someone for phone calls? Waiting 45 minutes as an adult is frustrating as is but waiting 45 minutes with a 16 month old is just unacceptable. On top of the 45 minutes to be taken back we have waited an extra 30 minutes to get into a room to get a cast put on my son. Not impressed at all. Maybe you should focus on your waiting times and not the amount of patients you can cram into 1 day.
