Omg!, they are wreckless in payroll...unprofessional & knows nothing about how to run a sufficient payroll staffing...do NOT use this company if you are using provider services, you will regret it at the expense of your love one needing the care 1. Lies 2. Unprofessional 3. Not consistent with each other 4. Payroll hours incorrect 5. Employee gossiping about provider employees, calling them stupid and ignorant...I overheard the payroll employee conversation 6. Horrific experiences 7. Terrible customer service 8. My girlfriend works here!! She always complaining about how at home healthcare payroll lady Judy! Never return your calls until close to the end of the day! Like who does business like that! My girlfriend only wanted to know if she was gone get paid and The lady Judy whoever she is in payroll told my girlfriend that she wont get paid until another 2 weeks!! BullS***! I hope my girlfriend quits this job its ridiculous!
I have, unfortunately, needed the seevices of a licensed Prof Nurse, recentlt. Also now i need domestic help to do clothes, cleaning etc... At Home has been VERY GOOD & reliable. The nurse's are THE BEST - Heads up Stephanie - Good job. Thanks At Home & Liegh, Abby you 2, for the peraonal atten. & good work.
The whole staff is nothing but a joke and they lie so much.
I brought my own provider. Love this company... Use them. Won't be unhappy
