Great office, wonderful doctor and fabulously efficient care. The only thing I don't like is how long it takes to get in when you have to reschedule. I had to cancel my son's appointment in December and he wasn't able to be rescheduled until May. In fairness, it is one of the only offices in the area and the doctor's are amazing so it's not rocket science to figure out why it takes so long.

Very professional. Great service. Explained things clearly throughout the entire process. I wouldn't recommend anyone else within 100 miles!

I booked an appointment with the Institute. After receiving a date, I got approval for a day of vacation. One business day before the appointment I was informed that I would have to be rescheduled. This was not possible because I work with a team of people and changing my vacation to that date was not possible. Explaining this did me no good so now I have burned up a precious day of vacation and I still need glasses.

Dr. Kaufman is an amazing doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone (If this review was solely for the doctor care, I would give him 6 stars!). I have had surgery to correct problems with my eyes, and he has been exceptional with all of my eyesight needs for the past 15 years. That being said, the previous reviewer spoke some truth about the ladies in the office. They had always been kind to me when I was younger (elementary school, early high school) but the last time I went (about 1 year ago) they were not kind in the least bit. The woman that was supposed to help my pick out new frames seemed uninterested, and aggravated that she had to work with me. I ended up choosing frames that I wasn't completely happy with, just so I could leave. Considering that I have been such a loyal, long time patient, you would think they would have been kinder to me. I will continue to see Dr. Kaufman, but I will not be purchasing frames from them any longer.
