Racism by both certian employees and by security, same experiance at other common cent locations in rapid city. best if you go to another store in this location they are just down the road.

Kayla, I believe her name was, offered the WORST customer service I've had in my life. She sat on her phone for an extremely long time when it was ciear numerous customers needed assistance. She was also rude and lacks personality. Unless you count crazy, mean lady as a personality trait, but I doubt anyone would want to be around that. She reeked like booze and counted my change back $30 short. I politely confronted her and she was angry and defensive. A sure sign of dishonesty. I HIGHLY recommend going to any different gas station. Man i never leave negative reviews but i think this is the worst I've ever been treated: bit the businesses fault, I hope they find better help.

Great staff many locations and good has prices. Also has great snack food for reasonable prices. Definitely best in rapid city
