We waited two weeks for the first appointment, then that appointment was canceled and we had to wait another two weeks for the makeup appointment. That is why I only gave 4 stars. Otherwise, our experience was great. When our appointment arrived, Todd came on time and quickly had our old fireplace working. We have no manual, so he allowed me to videotape him starting it up. I asked him to watch me start it with him here, so he could correct my mistakes, and that really helped. He was careful to wear shoe covers and to lay down a tarp where he was going to be working, which we appreciated. He was very polite and helpful.

Our furnace went out in below freezing temperatures. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. Ian was our technician. He was very professional and friendly. He explained every step to me so I knew exactly what he was doing. He checked everything. The motor was not working. It’s very expensive to replace. He worked on the motor and was able to get it working. He explained that it is most likely temporary so he got all the information, model number, serial number etc... When it goes out we just schedule an appointment and he will bring everything needed so we won’t have to waste any time. Ian was AWESOME! Thank you so very much Ian!! We will definitely refer any family and friends to use comfort solutions!

Jeremy and Ray installed my new Napolean Fireplace insert. They were courteous to me and our home. They used drop cloths to protect our hearth, carpet and flooring. Took time to ensure the fireplace was installed level and was working properly. Also, they made certain that I understood the proper maintenance and care of the fireplace and that I knew how to adjust and use the fireplace. Very impressed and will wholeheartedly recommend them to my family and friends.

Very impressed with technicians Jeremy and Ray who installed our system! They were always willing to answer any of our questions, explain the processes and progress along the way. All the work was accomplished professionally and they made sure everything was working and everything was cleaned up. We had a big job for them and they worked hard to get it done and done right! I highly recommend the company and these technicians are the best! Thanks guys! :)

Nate and Dylan did a great job installing some new air conditioners and air filters on some existing furnaces. They even found that the furnaces were installed improperly with too small of an intake plenum so they enlarged it to proper size so the system will have proper air flow. Cleaned up nice, professional, recommended. Thanks guys.
