Black Diamond is the best! We've had them out for electric & plumbing work several times so far. They give quick, free, efficient estimates and then allow you to schedule the work at your convenience. Every agent we've met (Josh, Diego, Jarek) has been friendly, respectful, and professional. They kept our house clean, were happy to answer every little question, and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I obtained an estimate from Black Diamond for redoing all the lighting in my condo. The technician called before the appointment.  He showed up on time.  He was professional and extremely knowledgeable.  I don't know much about lighting and he offered his professional opinion about what he would suggest for lighting in odd-shaped rooms, but he was not pushy about it.  Shortly after our appointment he emailed me a professional estimate with everything itemized. The cost seemed very reasonable.  I am in the process of obtaining two other estimates, but will probably go with Black Diamond as I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and experience of the technician.

We bought our first house this year, and Black Diamond Electric has been helping us with several important updates.  They do great work and schedule us promptly, and their workers were polite and fast and clean up after themselves.  I especially appreciated how they took the time to explain things to me as they were doing it, so I didn't feel so overwhelmed by all the repairs. They ran new electrical all throughout the house, put in a new circuit box and the latest and safest outlets for my kids. All my old metal pipes were replaced with pvc, and a new high efficiency furnace installed.  Our house is very old with several oddities, and they have demonstrated ability to think creatively on their feet and problem solve as they go along. I definitely recommend Black Diamond Electric for all electrical, heating, and plumbing needs!  It is so nice to use the same company for many updates.

I was very impressed with the service and care the Black Diamond team provided my family.  From the moment I requested a quote from Tiffany, to the estimate and service completed by Jeremy, I received wonderful service.  The work was completed before the quoted time. The was an adjustment made during the time of installation and it went off without an issue.  I would recommend this company for any electrical needs.

Dan and his employees are professional. This means a lot when they are coming into your home. I have found that they are respectful and fair in their pricing. The boss sets the standards high for quality and the employees follow his example. Their emergency number saved us from losing food and a miserable night when we had a power problem. They fixed it quickly and permanently, even though the two other companies we contracted could not fix the problem. I would recommend Black Diamond to anyone that is in need of their services. They really take pride in their work.
