I suspected my aging heating and cooling system needed some help. I contacted Comfort Pro and spoke with Dylan about an annual maintenance and system checkup. Dylan was informative and helpful regarding my specific system. Dylan scheduled next day service. Allan H their technician arrived ten minutes early. He was great to deal with, answered all my questions and thoroughly discussed the condition of my system and my options. Working with Comfort Pro was a very satisfying experience, keep up the great work. I subsequently decided to replace our aging system through Comfort Pro. They provided an estimate and timeframe for the work. The new system was installed in the contemplated timeframe. Comfort Pro's professional technicians worked very efficiently. Overall working with Comfort Pro has been a great experience and we will be sticking eight them for our annual system maintenance needs. Subsequent to system install, technician Allan H did a post installation inspection and setup and scheduled appropriate follow up.Services: Heating system maintenance
This 5 star, replaces my 1 star "pocket review". In all, Comfort Pro came and did a very thorough review and estimate if my home heating system. I am looking forward to working with them in the near future.
