The people at Carleton Heating and AC went to great lengths to make sure that I was able to make an informed decision verses being blindsided. They provided me with a number of options from which to choose from and explained the pros and cons of each. The service tech came as quickly as was possible, working late in the day to make sure we had heat. He was, at all times, professional and friendly and took time to explain the process as it evolved. Even allowed me to look at the work for no extra charge, (lol). Tim cleaned up at the end and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend this company for future reference. The guys were very friendly and professional. They were also very tolerant of my little dog barking at them every time they moved and were still very kind to him. Trish was great - she dealt with initial install problems with ease and professionalism and solved the issues. Customer Service team was also great- there was a mix up with my scheduled work time and they ensured someone got to my home within a reasonable timeframe same day. General cost is average. No complaints.

Thank you to Matt and the rest of the crew at Carleton Refrigeration. They were able to answer all my questions about my home HRV system and furnace. I feel a sense of comfort knowing they are taking good care of my appliances.
