Comfort Inn & Suites

We were checked in and out of our room by the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff member, Ed. He helped us feel right at home by treating us like family. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. We stayed in the hot tub room which was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was very good and included Belgian waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, and a variety of items. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again when we visit! The only suggestion for improvement I have is that the hotel should put a bright sign at the entrance of the road leading up to the hotel. I almost missed the turn in the dark because I could not see it.

Stayed here while visiting Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area. Well worth the extra drive. Nice new hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. The evening clerk had a full house that night and took care of every request quickly and cheerfully. He was fantastic, wish I had gotten his name to give full credit where it's due!

NICE PLACE..We stay at a lot of Comforts' and this is a nice one. The room was clean, and had nice bedding and furnishings. The mattress was not to our liking though, as we need a soft plush mattress at our age. The breakfast was good, the usual Comfort Inn fare. The folks here are very nice also, at check in we received 1 Hershey bar and a bottle of water, was a nice thing to do.

They said they were booked for the week for a wedding ... but instead of sending us to the Hampton Inn they subjected a much older hotel in town... our work van and our clothing must have not been to their standard of guest ??? Hampton Inn had no problems with it ...they treated us like Gold

Room was nice. Service was great. Bathrooms very dimly lit.
