Comfort Inn & Suites Farmington - Victor

Stayed for 5 nights with my family. Every time we left for cleaning, my kids came back to see their stuffed animals tucked into bed or having tea, etc... There are more positives I could mention, but for hotel staff to get out of the typical corporate/ franchise grind- with the freedom to add creative, personal touches to make their customers experience unique is rare find in hotel chains, or any hotel. I have been a diamond member for many years and been to hundreds of different choice hotels. This one is one of the best. Staff here is really good.

What a great experience we had at the Comfort Inn. We originally booked a hotel in Palmyra, but had to evacuate due to emergency flooding. (It was bitterly cold and a pipe broke.) The comfort in took us in, gave us a suite, and honored the cheaper price from the other hotel. They provided us with toothbrushes, after i had forgot mine in the other hotel. Breakfast was great for our family of 7. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We were treated so well. Thank you so much.

Safe and clean rooms, friendly staff. Great feee breakfast in the mornings. Not super location if you do not have a car (very few places walkable, especially in the 2 degrees weather). Very reasonable prices. Would def recommend.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Hot tub was very nice. Would enjoy going back to this hotel again

All of the rooms were very clean, the food was good, and all hotel employees were quick to help
