The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are great too. My favourite parts were their gym room and walkway coffee... I love everything about this place, except some of their cleaners are very arrogant. When we greet them, they don't respond.. I was with family and we truly liked it there.
The reviews on here are a little harsh, so don’t let them scare you too much. My room was perfectly clean and the breakfast room is very manageable if you get there a little earlier. Location is fantastic and for the location I think the price is really good. Sure, it’s not the Ritz, but it’s a pretty good hotel if you’re staying for a few nights. I didn’t have any issues with the staff, and they even let me back into my room to grab something I left behind after I checked out.
Quite nice....the breakfast options very limited so this needs upscaling. Also I guess the carpeting is due for total change for neww ones to be put in...holds a smell that is unpleasant. Staff members are ever so friendly and helpful, but overall and ideal holiday stay!
If I could give zero stars I would!! This is the worst comfort inn I have ever stayed at!! The staff has no manners at all very unprofessional I booked 2 nights after first night they were banging on my door at 11:23am lol I am actually a Diamond member so even if I wasn't staying a second day my membership number allows me to stay at any choice hotel until 1pm without being disturbed! The breakfast is a joke the pan off eggs was pure water in it! There's no yogurts no apples,oranges or bananas like any other choice hotel has! They say there's a refugee program there so basically they're treating the refugees n all clients like dogs! The staff n the daytime blond lady manager look down on everyone extremely rude!! The rooms are dirty the ceiling had peeling paint n water damage stains!! It's unbelievable!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!
No water the day we came. Would not refund. Rooms were absolutely filthy! Even had an old pill bottle under the bed. Mattresses are soiled with urine stains. Please avoid at all cost. Don’t make the same mistake I made.
