Comfort Inn

First off after a long trip i expected hot water for a shower and found only semi hot to luke warm water. Second i woke up seeing BED BUGS (yes i will be reportring to health department) , and third, their heated indoor pool was ice cold. They gave me a second room , which i appreciated, however none of the rooms i had seen were dusted, there was mold painted over in the bathrooms and no baseboards in the bathrooms. My first room had blood spatter on tge back side of the entry door as well. I came to this hotel with a bus load and most of them have been complaining about the condition of their rooms. This place needs to be evaluated severely. Lazy staff, poor clenliness, and they illegally charge people who have service dogs for medical conditions as well. They should be ashamed as business owners.

Decent hotel for a good price. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is adequate with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, cereal, etc.

Very nice room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was what we have come to expect from choice hotels. We would definitely stay here again. If I were to complain about anything it would be that the tub floor didn't have no slip strips, just the images of we're they used to be.

If you stay here, watch for bed bugs! They also tried to charge $35- for a service dog. Against the law. The breakfast was just ok. No base boards in the bathroom, some rooms didn’t even have baseboard. When we checked in the staff was nasty & argumentive. Will never stay here again!!!

Okay place, bathroom was under construction, but was told about it. Need refrigerator and microwave in room. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was great. Would stay at this hotel in future. Like the location close enough to where I wanted to be.
