I notice reviewers get a response from management only if they post a stellar, sparkling write-up. Get the worst hotel experience of a 61-year lifetime -- like I did -- and it's silent night. Shouldn't those be the guests mgr is most concerned about, if only because it reveals your many warts. You don't care obviously.
The hotel was amazing and I had fun in it with the amazing pool! The breakfast had lots of variety and the waffles were yummy! The yogurt was also amazing! Clean room and it was very quiet.
Wrigley was very helpful.during check-in. She explained the fees, etc. Hotel was clean. Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Shower hot. AC was a bit of effort to figure out the change to heat. The room did have a clock, which I greatly appreciate. There was a note about an early breakfast, since I was leaving at 4.30a. There were bananas and yogurt available at that time.
The manager was super friendly and it’s obvious he and his crew take great care of this place. Everything was clean, everything worked, bed and pillows were comfy, and they had a nice LG TVs in the rooms. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend for anyone else to do the same. Keep up the great work!!
