OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was so impressed with the kindness and accommodating staff here. We were a large group of 40+ and they allowed us to use the meeting room and it was absolutely perfect! It made our stay that much better! Our team will definitely be booking with Comfort Inn again in the future. A huge shout out to the guy & gal on the evening shift & the gentleman on the morning shift...I should have gotten their names
The rooms were alright, but the check in experience was truly terrible. If it wasn't for the waffle machine, the breakfast would really be lacking. Also, we had kids running around all over the place during our stay
We found the room comfortable and somewhat price friendly. It was strange that the manager made us sign an injury waiver releasing them from such. That's not legal nor is it smart as customers feel rail roaded
The cleaner was so nice, she even helped us hold the door when we checked out. The front desk guy told me that breakfast time was 7-10 so I came to the breakfast room around 940am and the chef told me breakfast time would end 930am. I ended up grabbing food in a super rush and awkward feeling. The mattress and pillows were very soft. I can hear loud traffic from the closed window and constant doors slamming in the morning. Generally good service, I did not enjoy a good sleeping here tho.
My husband and I booked a room. We did not have a keycard because they were down for a week so every time we went out and came back we had to get someone to let us in our room. We booked for two nights and was charged for 3 nights. They took 2 payments totally $600 on my husbands credit. There night time attention Ala was very rude and disrespectful . He was swearing at guests and very disrespectful. We will not book with comfort inn again
