Colonnade Motel

There is no heat. We had one space heater and had to ask for another. Our room was 50°. It's 30° outside. We travel the U.S. We're pilot car drivers for super wide loads, we stay in a lot of motels. Would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy. No Wi-Fi, phone doesn't work to call front desk, our room still had a tube tv. And the kicker no d**n HOT WATER! Wow! They need to be shut down!

60 bucks out the door for a room and that includes pet fee so if no dog 50 bucks. It's not the best but it's not the worst. Lots of stores etc within walking distance. It's rundown but not disgusting.

It had all the amnities required. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great. Everything was walking distance. Also i was able to park my car right in front of the room. It was a nice small motel.

It's a very basic motel room. As other reviewers have noted, it is aged and shows signs of a lot of wear and tear. Even the towels need to be replaced. But what it lacks in luxury, it makes up for it with great customer service and very nice people that own it

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOTALLY SUCKS!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED. ROOM 5 1) Non working phone that you can't even get the main office to answer. 2) Beds with DIRTY SHEETS and PISS on them like they were use by prostitutes having sex. 3) Dirty Towels in the shower. 4) No security locks on door. 5) No CLEAN TOWELS. 6) Never saw anyone come to clean or change bedding during the 3 day weekend that I was there. 7) Extremely overly priced . There are many other motels just down route 38 east of them that are a lot better and cheaper. Health and Building Departments needs to CLOSE THEM DOWN. Not even worthy of 1 tenth of a star.
