Burke Mountain Hotel & Conference Center

It would have been far better with more information in the rooms and directions in the hotel. I found it hard to navigate and figure out what they had and where it was and how long it was opened. Limited parking near the door. Otherwise you got to hoof it down to a dirt parking lot. I sure would hate that in the winter. The room key turns on your lights. It's a little hard to adjust to if you're not used to it. I was hoping to get a balcony. I inquired about one before checking in and even though the hotel couldn't have been full, I still couldn't have gotten a room with a balcony. I had made the reservations back in January in hopes of getting a good room. The only stand out employee there would be Timothy, I guess he would be the kitchen manager. He was friendly and personable.

Great customer service and quick reply to emails, which is very appreciated and convenient. We really liked our first time here. We enjoyed the hotel but hadn't had a chance to explore the outdoors. The rooms are confortable and clean. The restaurant was very busy the night we stayed, so we had takeout from somewhere else instead. We will be coming back for sure.

Had my wedding here and it was the most perfect day! The hotel had great amenities and the rooms were lovely and clean. The staff was super helpful and kind. Will be spending more time here in the future!Rooms: 5/5

No freezer. No dresser. Only one stove burner works. No bath tub. But it has this cool shower that is half open and sits next to the toilet so luckily we get to use all of our towels cleaning up the mess that makes. Surrounded by mountains and stuck overpaying for a room that has a view of a closed down ski lift. The trip was supposed to be special. Drove for 12 hours. Just wasting money at this point. Would not recommend.

Great view from hotel, rooms good size & clean, an indoor place to store bikes, bring your own lock for inside. Amazing bike park. Love the jacuzzi. Only constructive criticism, would love a nice comforter with a nice duvet cover for bed time. Beautiful area, love Vermont!

Not a friendly greeting at check in. Room was nice but had house and fruit Flys Bathroom floor has not been washed since they built the place. Beds comfortable and staff at the Gap bar were awesome along with the viewRooms: 3/5

Very beautiful here. Did have a little critter in the bathroom but nothing to scream about! Great place. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast.Rooms: 5/5

Frt counter staff very rude and unacomadating. Called down to see if I could have 30 minutes longer for checkout person on phone very rude and said sure we will charge you $75 an hour after I just spent $20000 on a function would stay awayRooms: 4/5

We have stayed here in the past. Apparently this resort is under new ownership or management and sadly it showed. We paid much more for the same suite as last time which had a separate bedroom and a balcony, and was handicapped equipped. We were very specific about having the same type of room. We reserved over a month in advance as we were attending my mother's funeral. When we arrived, the hotel was hosting a wedding, our room was downgraded to a small room with no bedroom, no balcony, no handicapped fixtures, no folder with specifics such as local eateries, information about the hotel. The pull out couch was dirty, there was no recycle bin, no maid service but we were charged $15 a day for the maid service and they booked a wedding knowing that they could not accommodate the amount of parking needed. We hope that the happy couple has a long and happy marriage but we shouldn't have been charged $445 for 2 nights that were the equivalent of $60 a night at a Motel 6. We spoke to the front desk but the two individuals were too busy chatting and didn't care about our needs at all. We won't be going back, nor will we recommend this place again.
