I visited with my girlfriend to buy a pair of work boots, the man on the floor seemed like he knew absolutely nothing about them. The woman I spoke to on the phone seemed informed but when we came in she was nowhere to be found. Most of the boots they stock are cheep Chinese brands, almost nothing made in USA or in Canada and their selection of women's work boots were quite honestly a joke. We found what we wanted but they didn't have her size so we asked if they had them at another location, they did. I then asked if they could ship to my house since I'm an hour drive away and they flat out refused. Other stores ship out of stock items for free If you're in the market for work clothes and shoes go to chaussures 22 just down the street....better prices, better selection and better staff.
