We relocated from Alberta to the Ottawa area and were looking to move into a rural home quickly. Barb worked with us to view a number of properties we had already identified as well as providing a few additional homes to consider. We made an offer within a week. Barb was very easy to work with and helped us with many of the details while providing valuable advice about our first house purchase. She was willing to meet us at various locations in and around Ottawa to sign the required documents and set up viewings that worked with our schedule. She also made us feel very welcome to the area!
