CNDA college is an excellent school that listens to the needs of students. The students exceed their academic goals. Just Wow thank you to the CNDA FOR THE WORK WITH YOUNG PEOPLE YEAR AFTER YEAR. It is an exceptional school.

After 6 months of email and telephone reminders, same cassette regarding access to the parent portal. No access, the site crashes. No solution offered from them, I ask to be called or sent by email, which was not done. Finally agreed to send me the invoices and newsletter by email... after 6 months of requests... and I complain, which saddens me to go there. I call it bugging, when the same answer is repeated within six months...I had to complain and I tell you it's frankly unpleasant as an interaction, lack of empathy, difficult collaboration, no telephone access to teachers, everything goes through this portal. I can't even imagine how parents with less education are treated. I was very concerned that I was missing out on important aspects of my daughter's education, and the tone with which the administration responded to me made me feel truly incompetent. I'm not bad at computer science, I have access to several portals as part of my duties and everything is fine! Blaming the parent on a deficient system is low. Not offering a solution, refusing the proposed solutions, not returning calls, too. The director even criticized me for calling during the holidays about this! The Cnda line! It’s so simple to collaborate and find solutions together. Being private does not mean haughty and condescending!

I am extremely disappointed with the academic and teaching level. Public school does better than that.
