Staff fail to understand the law and by-law exemptions. So they have lost my business
Staff were not aware if they had a book i was looking for. One staff was helping me and then immediately made me wait to do someone else's pick up order. Really unnecessary to make me wait when you were helping me first. Not impressed with this store or location. Wont be back.
Not the best selection but great staff
A good sized bookstore inside Upper Canada Mall. They have all of the new and popular books. Helpful staff and well kept store.
Helpful and friendly staff, there is a good selection for Christmas gifts.
Book lovers like me will have a great time here.
The staff member I dealt with was very knowledgeable and turned me on to some great books/authors
the lady who greeted us liked my cake
