I love the staff and they generally know thier product well very down to earth and excellent communication. They definitely have really cool crystal stock and they seem to always have an influx of really cool stock coming in lol you feel bad because what want may not be thier next time you arrive if its popular. The rest of the store is cool lots if interesting books and other stuff for spirituality metaphysics etc check them out ill be going back great place to grab birthday and Christmas gifts for a person and the crystal jewelry is dope as well
Had such a good experience buying this Medicine Buddha! Very high quality just like all other other products Ascendant Books have. All their staff and the Owner are lovely! The manager is really nice. She pretty much blessed the statue with good vibes! Next time I’m going to buy a mala from them. Been eyeing those pretty stuff they have :

I've loved ascendant books since I first discovered it many moons ago. I used to go there specifically just to get crystals. Their staff is knowledgeable and very willing to help you select a crystal for what you need. Beautiful inspiring artwork and various statues of dragons, Angels, plus many more. A great place to buy a gift certificate for someone!! They have such an amazing selection of spiritual books, beautiful cards for every occasion that you probably won't find anywhere else. Tarot cards, incense, an excellent book selection that is well organized. I don't know if they still have this but they used to have a stack of magazines for free or discounted very low. I I think it's time to pay another visit to the spiritual store that I never want to leave once I get there! The aroma and energy in the air is so peaceful.
This place is awesome! Their selection of books is incredible! They also had some really neat, vintage-ish original tarot decks that were quite interesting. I love that there’s also a gorgeous little crystal shop tucked in the back. Slightly pricier than some of the other crystal shops around, but the quality also seems to be very good, so it’s one of those, ya get what ya pay for type things. Will definitely be a returning customer!!
Very wide selection of tarot, Oracle, numerology, manifestation, astrology decks and etc. Very knowledgable staff as well as a great atmosphere.
The store is incredible and has everything you could possibly need as a pagan. The staff is super helpful and so are the customers. A clairvoyant came to me in the store and literally pointed to something that perfectly matched what I was looking for. The best experience I've ever had in a metaphysical shop. Will definitely return next time I'm in Edmonton

I paid a visit to this store today and walked out with deep appreciation and gratitude for two reasons. 1. It has a wide selection of books, metaphysical supplies, the sky is the limit. Rita, manager of the store is welcoming , knowledgeable and caring. The staff , Stella and Ruby are well informed of all the products in the store , polite, thoughtful and helpful, they make you feel welcome and you may feel you are at the right place at the right time to choose from...what you are looking for ...such as angels, books, magnets, aroma oils, banners and crystals, this list is endless.
I saw Harry's little psychic table and went ahead. Beautiful man, awesome reading! The shop is definitely filled with many great finds. The attendants are super welcoming and helpful! The energy of the store is very loving.
