Coles is a small-scale incarnation of the Indigo Chapters chain and this store has a very good selection of literature on the shelves with the book and lifestyle retail giant behind it. About a quarter of the floor space is devoted to toys, gifts, designer stationary - cute, but pricey items. There are often sales and volume discounts on books. The store is well-organized and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
