Coles Billings Bridge

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wanted to buy a book for my son. Decided to call the store to make sure it's there because their website said there's only 2 left. Called and asked her to check and she refused to do it because it's their policy. Asked again then she just hung up on me. So went there and there were 4 staff just chatting and doing nothing. The store is the smallest store in Ottawa. It would have taken her maybe 30 seconds to check. Very disappointed.

A great store with a great variety of books. The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products so don't hesitate to ask for something. A great place to get books!

I had a lot of fun browsing in this small, but interesting store. I went in for one book and ended up buying a bunch. Sometimes, you don't need a giant store to find a great read! The sales clerk was very helpful in finding what I went in to buy and was attentive and helpful with suggestions. Great service!

Good for a smaller sized bookstore. Good selection of business books, great for teen and fiction books. Lacks in philosophy but that is understandable for a smaller store. Lots of cool items that make good gifts, like a ready to grow sunflower plant, and great sales.

Staff is always super nice! Only thing is that it is a small store, so it doesn't carry nearly the amount of items the bigger stores do, so you can have some trouble if you're looking for something specific, otherwise is great

I love this place! Its the closest coles/chapters/indigo from our house and the workers are super, super friendly. They're always eager to have a conversation and they're always helpful, especially when I need a book shipped.

I prefer this store when shopping for a book or two; particularly the latest John Grisham. Friendly and helpful staff. Much more personal service than at the big Chapters stores.

It's wonderful to have that small bookstore feel. It is a convenient location. The staff are great, always ready to lend a hand.

Helpful staff. But it's a small store so not always alot of variety. Upside you can order books in and they arrive fairly quickly.
