Lovely book store cafe. Friendly staff and safe use of covid-19 protocols. No seating at the moment, but coming soon. Best to browse first and take the Coffee to go as we did. Mini cookies were also delicious. Thanks!

Black Squirrel Books has been a lifesaver during this last year, being able to order books for curbside pick up has been easy and reliable. They have a great selection and friendly communicative staff.

My FAVE used bookstore in Ottawa. There is such a wide range of titles to choose from and I walk in knowing I will come out with at least one book I would probably come out with at least 10 every time but... will power!, the staff is great too and super helpful when it comes to finding a specific book you are looking for.

A great bookstore and coffee shop with a solid selection of literature. New books arrive regularly, and the staff is helpful and welcoming. Don't forget to also check out the basement for even more books!

I've loved this place every time I came. A wide variety of genres and very reasonable prices!!
