Very happy with the service department. Art Hackert is a fantastic mechanic. Dustin, with customer service, is helpful and kind. Service manager took the time to meet with me and go over all work that was completed.

They have gone above and beyond to help us with our new car purchase. We had a few hiccups with the vehicle and some recall repairs needing done. They took care of us 100% of the time. They were easy to work with, pleasant, and helpful. The entire experience we had buying our vehicle was quick and painless--not at all like other dealers we'd been to before stopping at Cole Story. Would recommend them any time and will definitely return when we decide to buy another car! Thank you Come Story for your above and beyond service!

On my third vehicle from Cole! Can't imagine going anywhere else. Sales and service dept both do it right. Great people who have a mission to please and they succeed. From service writers to the General Manager Erwin they are always a pleasure to deal with. They put you first. No reason to look anywhere else.
