Very mixed opinion on this schoolnThe buildings are modern and good. equnoxnBUT the schoolyard is empty, asphalt and without any trees. In winter it's a giant ice rink. In summer the children are in full sun without ANY games, no modules, not a bench NOTHING. Not a blade of grass is damaged, not a plant for a bit of nature etc....nIt's the school's responsibility to finance this and they do nothing!! no, a movie night will not raise thousands of dollars quickly.nThe entrance to the school is in a residential area, where it is a mess EVERY morning. Living on the adjacent street, I fear for my children every morning, because there are NO traffic police, and the cars drive quickly, and park in front of the sidewalk entrances.nDespite years of trying to change this, nothing changes....nnThe teachers are great, the childcare service well organized!

I appeal to all parents who bring their children to L’quinoxe school in Sainte Rose, the future international primary school of Laval.nIs it normal that we do not have the right to enter the school parking lot to drop off our children safely on a sidewalk and not in a city parking lot which is not even paved and at least 250 meter further from the school gates so no parking for parents because with all respect to the staff they also park here? Cars are everywhere, children come out everywhere! All parents are vigilant but very difficult to navigate in a jungle like thisnThe parents are all in a hurry to drop off their primary school children and go to work but at exactly 7:44 am the traffic stops for around twenty buses which have priority to leave the school. This creates mega traffic on the streets and in the parking lot. No one could enter or leave!!!!!!nOf course during the winter the land is frozen but spring is coming and it will melt sorry but I wear clothes to go to work not camping clothes the land that the city of Laval lends is not even asphalted!! !!! A response that was sent to me! you could send your children on our free bus.....well that's not my business or my schedule. At 6:55 am the bus passes in front of our house for class entry at 7:55. Imagine my morning rush at 5:30 a.m. with my 3 children! NO THE BUS IS NOT MY BUSINESSnnAll I ask for is a safe place to drop off my primary school children in front of the school.nLaval School Board
