My family and I have used Coldwell Banker Parker Realty several times over the past five years for the purchase and sale of different properties.  Each time we were treated like we were the most important clients they had.  Every question or request we had was met with a quick response and for anything they couldn't answer or do themselves, they provided a list of qualified experts for us to choose from.  Most importantly for us, when it came time to make the deal our agent negotiated as if it was their own money on the line.  We've come out of every negotiation thankful that we had Coldwell Banker Parker Realty on our side.
