Coldstream Dental

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. They said that I had a cavity, so they filled it (most painful filling I have ever had) and I have not been able to chew on the right side of my mouth ever since. I went back numerous times, but they could not figure out what was causing the discomfort. After 6 months of living with the pain, I realized that I had to seek out a better dentist. It turned out that Boston Dental had been negligent when filling my cavity by holding the lighting device at the wrong angle causing the filling to contract and leave a gap of empty space inside my tooth. I had to get the filling removed and redone.

This was my first visit to this dental office and I was totally impressed. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Brittany. She was very patient when my insurance claim wouldn't go through online. She went above and beyond to sort it all out by calling the insurance company to figure out why the online submission was not accepting the claim. She even took care of submitting the submission form directly to insurance on my behalf (instead of having me sort everything out myself and having to mail out the claim, as other doctors offices have done in the past). I had searched reviews online for different dental offices in my area and this dental office had nothing but good reviews which persuaded me to choose Coldstream Dental. My dental hygenist Britney was very friendly and very thorough with my cleaning. I felt no pain or discomfort while she was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Sachdeva was also very friendly. She answered all of my questions and even gave me some tips on how to maintain a healthy smile. She definitely gave me the reassurance that she had my well being in mind. Everyone I encountered during my visit made me feel great about choosing Coldstream Dental. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Went for my cleaning this morning. Sat in the chair watching the news while my back was being massaged with a new feature in their chairs. Cleaning was painless and thorough. Never feel pressured to get 'unnecessary' treatments and am always made to feel at ease with Dr. Rita (Sachdeva). My family (including children) have no anxiety about going to the dentist now due to Dr.Rita's compassion, kindness, calm demeanour and expertise. Would highly recommend Coldstream Dental to anyone.

I am very, very scared of dental work. Even cleanings make me cry! (i know, im a wimp. i have no clue where this fear came from!) I called the office and explained my fear before even making an appointment and the receptionist was very understanding. When it came time for my cleaning i went into the office with tears in my my eyes and the woman doing my cleaning was again, very understanding. She gave me the fastest cleaning i had ever had and i was in and out in no time. Turns out i had a cavity and when i went back to get it filled they allowed me to have my boyfriend sit in the room with me while they did my dental work. (i know, im a baby! lol) all in all it was as good of an experience as a dental visit can be. if you have the same fears i do then this office will take you seriously and do what they can to make you comfortable.
