I really love Cold Stone Creamery.  My only complaint (knocking off one star) is the broken freezer displaying all the ice creams.  My daughter loves to sample different flavors, but feels bad making the poor staff run back and forth to the back to get different samples.  There is also just a joyful experience to perusing all the various flavors and delighting in the abundance of ice cream displayed.  To have your display freezer unfixed for a couple months is disappointing.  I am a pretty regular customer and I keep asking, "When are you guys gonna get this thing fixed?"  No one has an idea if it even will ever be fixed.  That's poor.  I've been to Cold Stone's all around the country and have never seen one operated this way.  Just want to nudge you guys in the right direction, back on the path with all the other Cold Stone's.  : )

Sad to come get ice cream at 930 at night when they close at 10 and the open sign is off and then random guys come in and start putting all the chairs up so no one can sit down. Mind you they aren't even employees. Wonder if management knows employee has her friends coming in and doing her job. Then as my son walks out at 9:45 one of the non employees locks the door and proceeds yo start mopping as other non employee is washing tables. Very poor work ethic by actual employee.

Went there to get a smoothly, nobody greeted me for a few minutes until I yelled HELLO into the back. Then when she came out I asked for a smooth and she said she wasn’t a smoothie maker and left me to go to the back... i thought she was grabbing someone to make one and instead she came back out and I then asked if they were on special since that what it said on the board she said no and I said that’s what it says for Thursday....then she told me they don’t have any supplies for smoothies. Pretty disappointed, at this point I wouldn’t want her to make me anything!

Poor service! I visited there tonight with my family who is visiting from overseas (having bragging about the place) to allow them to have the full service of cold stone. Being that its the christmas I was certain that cold stone was open and was happy to see the open sign as well as the door being open, excited my family and I quickly ventured in only to a rude staff (Alex - I wouldnt be surprised if thats not his real name) who hastily told us that they were closed and he just forgot to close the door... my aunt explained to him that they had heard about cold stone and just needed something to bring home to which he obliged but told them they had to keep it simple..which they did... he quickly took my credit card and didnt offer me a receipt which I asked for but he walked away while mumbling something about the machine not working  and to make matters worse he did not think to give me my ice cream because he set it at the back table! I had to call him again so that i would be able to get my ice cream even though they rest of my family had gotten theirs!! I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received as a result I will not be going back to cold stone or recommend in fear that I will be embarrassed once again!
