Horrible customer service. I think they hate making the funnel cake and the lava cake. It wasn't cooked anyway.  I asked the employee to heat my cake up more because it was cold. She wasn't happy about my request. The desserts are supposed to be warm and have cold ice cream. They were gross anyway. You should just take it off your menu.

They sing when they ever get a chance to a tip it always has been a long time, ice cream is also good.

The Janesville Cold Stone Creamery always has great service! I get birthday cakes from here, aside from the occasional ice cream, and they turn out great every time - and the employees are always friendly and helpful!
