Amazing service, I had to have a cake made 2 days before the due date and they were able to make it in time. Meredith gave me her personal phone number to get the design and everything set up. She was very helpful throughout everything and was very patient. The cake quality was amazing too and it was delicious!
Fun experience. You can order a cold stone designed ice cream or make your own. You can order cakes or other treats as well. Today I ordered a chocolate Oreo volcano clone in a white chocolate dipped waffle bowl. Worked out really well. I recommend trying the Reese's cup ice cream cups. Wow!
Ordered 2 specials. Looked nothing like picture. Liquid ice cream with very few ingredients. Need to adjust temp of ice cream. Been to alot of cold stones. Will definitely not be going back to this one.
Holy Cow! Definitely gotta have it! Omg the ice cream here is fantastic. The cakes are amazing. We’ve now ordered 3 birthday cakes in 2 flavors and they were all excellent. I recommend the peanut butter cup cake, so good.
Cold stone is great. The day I went in on 7/14, the lady seemed to be training two new staff, at least. The young ladytrainee was nice, but was unfamiliar with the ingredients require, no biggie. My ice cream was good, not mixed as much as I would hope for, but no complaints
This Cold Stone is the best! The employees there are so helpful and friendly! One in particular Meredith : she's always got a smile on her face and makes the best " peanut butter devotion - gotta have it" ever! Thank you for great customer service.
Stopped at the Stone last night with the fam and had great service and fun interactions with the whole crew. Meredith was especially thoughtful and helpful making suggestions as I made decisions about dairy free options. We always recommend this store. Keep up the great work!!
Went in today 100 degree heat index, to get ice cream. No lids. Nothing. By the time I got home it was so melted I had to throw it all away without a bite. Come on! It’s 2022, get lids!!!
I was so excited for an outstanding cone. Got the specialty cone. They asked if I wanted it dipped, sprinkles or dish. We got dipped. Wasn't sure if options were extra. Turns out they were and our bill came to over $16 for 2. I have to say, i was never so disappointed in my ice cream experience. Ice cream not that creamy and did not eat cone...tasted like wax.
Always have loved coming here: The employee's are always nice, especially Meredith! Her costumer service is amazing and she is always smiling and having a good time<3
