I got ice cream for my birthday . Ice cream was good . The people there needs some work .
Drove all the way out to get ice cream since the one in my town has closed permanently. Online it said they close at 10 and then when we got there just before 8 they said on the drive thru that they were closed. I called just to make sure and was told they close at 8, I am not happy as I drove off at 8:02.
One time I got there 10 minutes before closing and was told in the same sentence they were closed now because they close in 10 minutes... This time, a month or 2 later, I'm told basically that they are only gonna make what they feel like off the menu... smh. Been goin there since they opened... Use to have a awesome worker crew...
Went through the drive thru and there was not 1sign of coldstone creamery products. I asked what they had available and I get a list of ice creams. No mix ins. Nothing else. Got my ice cream and went home. Ice cream was mast and plain. Thanks for giving my first time going here a rare experience.
Out of best flavors employees acted annoyed by us banana boat is right down the road
Sons loved watching the mixing of the ice cream. The ice is itself was some of the best we've ever tasted.
Was charge wrong n ice cream not made the way it was supposed to n didnt notice till i got home
