Although the bagels are delicious, the staff is extremely inefficient and appear confused. Poorly organized system. It is clear that Efrin (I believe that's his name) keeps Cohen's running. Kudos to him! I hope he is properly compensated and recognized for his ability to lead.

Great bagels and sandwiches. Only downside is the cost. Very pricey for what you get !

These bagels are SO fresh and delicious and come in a variety of flavors such as asiago and French toast. The cream cheeses are equally delicious and also have great variety. I especially love the bacon scallion and the honey walnut.

I had a cheddar bagel, toasted with cream cheese. It was delicious. Very busy, but friendly staff.

Very inconsistent in quality of sandwiches and salads- if it's busy the food is thrown together with ingredients missing- worse thing for a restaurant where the customer never knows what quality they are going to get. I wont be going back. Bagels are great though.
