Cogswell Esther Dr

Was a patient of Cogswells since the 90's whenever the date was she took over Dr.prior's position and the last few years she forgets things a lot even very inportant things, also said when i was in 30's i was too young to have a heart attack and laughed! This doctor can make you feel physically and mentally worse! Very slack doesnt like to even imagen she could be wrong. There is no wrong in her. Also slack and sarcastic!
