Just love our local Coe Lumber! I go in there, they always have exactly what I need and literally walk around the store handing me everything on my list. Their staff are knowledgeable and courteous. You just can’t find this level of service at a big box chain. I feel very lucky to have them just down the road! I have no interest in going anywhere else and highly recommend them!

I've patronized every hardware store on the west side for 2 decades. This is hands down the best in terms of customer service. Staffing is pretty consistent which lends itself to their level of knowledge and friendliness. They know their customer base pretty well and seem to meet the needs of the area very well for a smaller store.

This place has the best customer service out of all hardware stores I've been to. I come in here with my young children and dog, and they are always so nice to my little team. They have a great selection, the staff is ALWAYS helpful and the best part is, you're supporting local when you shop here!

Great selection and super intense staff. You are likely to find what you need. It will all be ok. None of this is permanent. We are all, in a sense, merely lumber awaiting the mill. Like a bucket of screws, there is nothing you can do except smile when its your turn to be picked up and drilled into the plank. The happy tube of spackle and the terrified one are both squeezed out onto the spreader with equal indifference when its time to patch that hole. Embrace the hole with your spackle. Become the hole. Then, finally, when cured after at least 2 hours, you may be sanded down and painted over - returning to the placid unreality of oblivion. Conveniently located but parking can be a challenge.

The lumber was great and the staff in the woodshop who cut it were really nice. Customer service inside the store... Not so much. The older gentleman who works there was very intimidating and not keen on helping me with the cuts of wood my partner and I were looking for. We got the sense that we needed to be knowledgeable of the products we wanted to get help. Will probably not buy from there in the future, but we're thankful for the products we received.
