The Lady working in the store was so helpful! she set us up really quickly and walked us through what we need to get to install our own tiles in the shower. We left that day with everything we needed, and our shower turned out GREAT!! Thanks again for all you help and kindness

Good customer service. Staff was friendly able to locate extra material at their other store and have it available for pick up the next day. Excellent prices. Make sure to measure and purchase 10% to 15% extra for error and wastage.

The old lady working there must own the place. Otherwise, she should've been fired years ago for running this business into the ground by being an absolute cow.

I just called the store and had bad experience. A lot of bad reviews mentioned a woman works there. A woman answered my call was very unfriendly and inpatient. I was afraid to ask more questions. I asked her whether they have 3’ X 6’ tiles, she said no, that cost about $1000 to order.

I would also give zero if I could. Lady who works there does not want you in there for some reason. You will immediately be greeted as if you were trespassing in her back yard. I've worked on countless projects with countless suppliers and have never come across such an unhelpful and rude individual who treated me with utter disdain and ignorance. Was in the store for less than a minute and saw the bad attitude immediately so walked right out. Turns out, this particular lady is well known to other contractors I know who later warned me never to walk into this store. 50 other tile shops in the city who will greet you with a smile.

I so wanted to rate this place better, but my goodness, the woman at the desk was absolutely miserable. Go for the prices, NOT the customer service although the young gentleman who was working there almost made up for her sourness, which is the only reason they're getting a 3rd star. I've visited 3 times in the last few weeks, and each time I was shocked at how unfriendly and unhelpful she was - maybe I'm a glutton for punishment? They offer a great section of tiles, loads of display boards, and a serious range of prices and styles. Everything is dusty and dirty, and you need to be careful not to disturb the tiles, or you'll be glared at by the proprietor.

Everyone else also talks about the woman working. My interaction was her telling me the tile size I wanted didn’t exist and the website selling them actually had wrong measurements. I went elsewhere and both other places had the exact size I was looking for. She was also rude and condescending the entire time.

Visited the store on November 1st, looking for ideas to re-tile a backsplash. I’ve been here in the past and I have to say that the older lady comes across as unapproachable at first. David asked me if I needed any help and he answered all my questions, he even suggested other options. David was warm and funny, the price was much better than the place I usually go to in Burnaby. For the other people leaving bad reviews, it’s always a one sided story. This is not Tiffany’s, the service and selection was at par.

One friendly staff out of two, actually I am being very generous. I almost walked out after 4 interactions that were verging on hostile. Other staff was helpful, gave technical support and was quite fun. No idea what to make of that! Nice selection of fancy boutique type tiles. Discounts on certain stock, able to purchase individual sheets, tiles or boxes. Store laid out well, great natural light which is sorely missed in many shops. Oddly I was quoted $36 for ONE sheet of special order tiles which I later purchased at a neighbourhood competitor $1.99 each I bought 12!

Probably our favourite tile place in greater Vancouver! Just doing a kitchen and bath reno, but we checked out a ton of tile places all over the lower mainland. We got some awesome deals here. They seem to always have some trendy tiles on sale. Dave works on Saturdays when we usually went, was super helpful and always a pleasure to talk to.
