He sold my condo really fast in this bad economy with pretty good price. He is very good at communicating, sharing, providing information. He knows what he is doing very well. I will definately go with him if I need to sell my property or buy one in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you for all your hard work !!

Cody is a true professional with exemplary knowledge and skill pertaining to the real estate industry. His understanding of the current market is tremendous. I truly appreciated Cody's straight-forward, realistic approach- his advice undoubtedly resulted in my downtown condo being sold rapidly in a very slow and over-saturated condo market. Cody was hyper-attentive to my case, any items requiring attention or needing communication were done immediately, regardless of time of day. As a first time home buyer, I could have not asked for a better realtor than Cody. He is knowledgable, patient, an amazing communicator with great attitude and manner. I was a picky buyer who really took my time finding the right place, and Cody was always there helping me find the right first home, which we happily did and just closed the deal couple days ago. I strongly recommend Cody to anybody who is looking to buy/sell their property.

Cody sold our home within a week, in a fairly slow market. He gave great advice and listed our home for a fair price. We closed with $20,000 more for our home than the list price the other realtor we had assess our home wanted to list it for... so glad we went with Cody! He and his team are a breeze to work with, and we are hard to please. 100% recommend you choose Cody. He won't disappoint.
