Legit a ‘bakery.’ No fakery. I’m not huge into bread but then again, you can’t avoid it. Quickly, bring me a beaker of wine, so that I may wet my mind and say something clever. Where there will be wine, there will be bread.
As per the first time mobile order cobs bread gives free 6 bun.When we ordered the lady in the counter handed over already packed burned bun.She didnot even ask which flavors you need.The lady who served is rude.
Horrible and rude customer service. I went to redeem a coupon that expired on October 28th and I went to redeem it on October 29th because the store was closed for renovations. The manager, Lori was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me that I should have went to another location to redeem my coupon. The store was filled with customers and staff which made me feel very embarrassed. I will never shop at this location ever again.
The was a promo that clearly said expires Aug 5, 2022 in the COB bread app. They will not honor it because their manager saids it expires July 22, 2022. I wanted to buy some scones but changed my mind. I thought this was a way to get new customers into the stores. Bait and switch.
When they are cooperative, they are good. Unfortunately, this location has staff that can't seem to fill or respond correctly with basic orders; save products and keep them aside for "on hold" orders; and generally speaking, don't seem to be particularly concerned about meeting the needs of their customers. Service, while friendly, is generally indifferent and apathetic. It's disappointing and often frustrating to deal with this location.
We love going to this location! Great variety of breads. We love thier pizza bases.
My search for the best bread is over! Once I discovered Cobs Bread, there was no reason for me to buy bread from anywhere else. LARGE selection of bread and pastries. The taste and freshness is out of this world! The staff are always friendly and helpful as well.
Bought a teatime on my way to the cottage. When I got there I had a bite and it was not cooked. I mentioned it to a staff member the next time I went in and she disagreed and said it must have been cooked and next time I'm supposed to bring the uncooked product in the prove it. Sorry but that's not fair. Won't be going back.
One of the worst cobs I've ever been to. Staff where very unprofessional and had no idea about the ingredients used in the products they were selling. Highly recommend retraining your staff.
I got two loaves of bread here. I really liked the cinnamon bread! I got the multigrain one as well but it was a little difficult to eat if I didn’t toast it, due to the crust. The service was great though. He was very helpful in recommending breads for my occasion. And the scones were wonderful from COBS!
