Choose this hotel due to proximity to Burnaby General Hospital and really didn’t expect much BUT we were super impressed. Fantastic staff Sam art reception gave us a choice of rooms which were great super clean, superb shower with lots of pressure and amazingly comfy bed. Even provided free EV charging with a great central location. Will definitely be back!
Good if you are bringing a car and want somewhere a bit out of town, but still good quality. Staff are nice and cleaners are nice too. Complimentary coffee bar and news area, would like to see a bit more attention paid to towel cleanliness but fine overall
Great place to stay. Staff was so friendly and accommodating.nThe girls cleaning the rooms were fantastic and so polite. We've been staying here every month for almost a year and it's always a great visit. Even the coffee room is great. Thanks so much to everyone for making our stay so awesome.
Very cute hotel. The manager had handwritten card in the room making sure everything was good. The front desk called up about 45 min after check in to make sure it was all good. The hotel is very reminiscent of South American hotels I've stayed at where there's a central courtyard and the building around it. Every room has a balcony.
Wasn't too shore and was comparing to the hilton executive suites ... in the end, feel this is a great friendly low key place to land. Rooms are the same caliber, service is super. We made a good decision to stay here...very central.
