First time to check in to this hotel and I like the place. It's peaceful and relaxing. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. They will surely help you throughout your staying and the things that you left inside your room. And the place is near to my destination centre. I definitely recommending it to everyone. I recently stayed here with my family - very last minute as our car broke down on the way to Whistler. Nur the Manager was extremely helpful and was so quick to make us feel relaxed at the hotel. We were able to check in straight away and offered extra storage for our belongings as well as being shown to an open communal family room where our son was able to run around and we were offered complimentary hot beverages. The rooms were spotless, with all we needed for a relaxing stay and Nur could not do more for us while we were there. There was even a hand written note offering any services needed during our stay. He really took care of us, as did the other staff members on duty the following day. We were able to relax and enjoy the short stay - I would highly recommend this hotel due to the exceptional service. Thank you very much Nur and the team at Coast hotels.
We stayed here prior to embarking on our Alaskan cruise. Check in was a breeze and the manager was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious double queen. The others in our party had similar comments about their rooms there were a total of 12 of us traveling. The deck in the center courtyard is quiet with comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the serenity. There is a small “game room” with a large television and a few card games. The room also has a drinking water dispenser and coffee machine. This is a great place to stay for the value.
The place was recently renovated to be a hotel from what we learned about it. However, the place is very cozy and great ambiance. Their patio is is great if you want to just relax and read your book. I live the fact that they have their entertainment room with free hot drinks of your choice and games. Although the experience would be 10/10 if they have free breakfast available and if the location is not that noisy because of the vehicles that passes by the hotel. Overall, I great place to stay.
I've stayed at this hotel two times now. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and courteous. The first time I stayed here I was pleasantly surprised at how new and modern the design and decor is. It's a small hotel with some really great people running it. I'll definitely be back!
