I made the mistake of going in here a few days ago. When I say mistake, I mean it was the best 30 minutes ever! The manager ? was SO nice!! He was incredibly knowledgeable on all the product and easy to have a conversation with. My mother and I ended up walking out with a purse each. Same style, different color. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Watching him monogram our bags was cool to watch as well. I will be back... As soon as my wallet recovers.

A great and welcoming environment. I have shopped twice here and quite a transformational experience. During my last visit, I was offered gift wrapping by the store supervisor or maybe manager. She made my day. Thank you to the team.

Great service just before Christmas, the sales staff where great to deal with and very helpful. The manger made sure his staff where on there game. I purchased a purse they made my experiance a great one. I would highly recommend this store in chinook centre.

My husband and I went in briefly to price out some Christmas gifts. There was a sweet lady that greeted us. She was super friendly and kind and NOT pushy at all. She let us know about the sales and aloud us to browse. I know it was Christmas and every store is trying to make "quotas" so it kinda makes shopping a bit stressful.so thank you

Natalie was awesome. She welcomed us into the store and made us feel welcome. She laughed with us as my wife browsed the store and in her no pressure way Natalie picked out the right purse. She is an asset to the store. Has it not been for her we probably would not have made a purchase. Thank you Natalie.

I exchanged a wallet after Christmas. They told me only store credit or gift card. Fine. I got a gift card. I then used it online in March for a wallet. After 2 months I had to inquire about my order. They said it was no longer available and that I would receive a refund. The $100 did not go back onto original gift card. Since then I have written approximately 15 emails and everyone always said a replacement gift card was being sent. Nothing. In late June I called and talked to a nice lady. She said a replacement gift card had indeed been issued in March but never sent out. She guaranteed this gift card would be mail. It was not again. Almost 2 months later I have stilllllll not received anything except bull s*** replies saying yes it will be sent out. Essentially I just gave coach $100. For such a big company this customer service is absolute garbage. Do not use a gift card here.
