Had two people help me find what I was looking for and they were so kind :
Started shopping here in 1980. I have always been treated good and I've spent over a hundred thousand here over the years on my projects and tools. I really like the home center. Sometimes my member number gets stuck but other wise they are really friendly and helpful.
They have some good deals. They messed up our order and delivered the wrong sized fence. Then I ended up paying more but they couldn't refund me because the guy who placed the order was on holidays and messed up how he entered the order so I lost a couple hundred dollars. So I usually go to Red Deer for big purchases.
While prices seem to be a bit higher than the other hardware stores the customer service more than makes up for it. A nice young man named Armen helped us today by loading our lumber. He was very friendly and fast, the service received from Armen was by far the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. Thank you so very much young man you not only made my day you made my entire month. Keep up the good work, service like that definitely means we will be back regardless of prices.
