I recently purchased my first commercial investment property using CMS. Gerry Jr was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I will definitely be using CMS again for my next investment property purchase! Cheers!

We have our head office in The Plaza. Every time I visit the plaza Cityscape Landing NE Calgary I see Cleaning getting from Bad to Worse.  I asked my Associates if they have informed CMS Real Estate regarding the conditions, they said in spite of giving numerous reminders, the CMS Real Estate Management don't care and don't take action.  The Washrooms stinks all the time and tissue papers sitting on the floor even at the very start of the day There are stains visible all over the place. Last time I visited there I saw a spilled coffee at the front entrance elevator for continuous 6 days. No one cleaned the spill and mess.  This company have left this a newly constructed office to have Plaza dirty and gloomy look. Our Visiting Client's have very bad impression of the place and all CMS Real Estate do is to make money without a real service they are supposed to provide.

Gerry Jr. is a wealth of knowledge and provided us with relevant data to assist in our decision making processes throughout the sale. He was responsive, prompt and thorough during the negotiation and closing process. I would highly recommend him and the team at CMS Real Estate.

After investing a  large amount of money with this company, I experienced a total loss with almost no accounting for the investment.  My understanding of the investment suggested very poor management and i got the feeling monies invested here were used to cover the firms other losses. My queries about the investment were disregarded and I was faced with trying to recover assets through the legal system.  I did not feel the high cost of lawyers with an uncertain outcome before the courts was a good way  to go.  Like throwing good money after bad.  I know of many others who were faced with a similar  decision.

Terrible service! After we moved out, CMS doesn't allow me to take the security alarm control panel and key pad so I have to spend $300+ to buy a new set. We rented that bay for more than 7 years but CMS still treated me like that way. So disappointed!!! Also, CMS never let you know the increase of operating cost on time. I always received a bill of $2000+ around 1 year later shows balance I own for operating cost, but no one told me it was increased and increased that much. It happened every year.

Very bad experience of this company handling the plaza where our unit is located. Hard time getting a hold of anyone to listen yo your concerns and help you. No heed paid to cleanliness, no garbage bins. Break ins are happening all the time and they dont bother keeping a security company to monitor our lot.

CMS is dependable, reliable and honest. They have clients' best interest in mind and not their own interests which is hard to find in real estate! I would highly recommend them for any transaction.
