Amazing experience with this group. I’ve had three mortgages through this broker over the years. I’ve done a transfer of mortgage, a remortgage, and this year a buy and sell. The buy and sell experience was very smooth. From the date of the Mortgage request, to the successful sale of my previous home… to the moving date… 18 days ! Very accommodating with Bridge financing and porting the remaining interest rate. Highly Recommended! My broker was attentive and also on task all the time. Returned phone calls promptly. We had the great experience of working with Nick Peak on our mortgage with Ratehub mortgage brokerage. Nick was amazing- He was always available and answered all our questions. He guided us through the process and gave us the best experience. He was very professional, and he was able to secure the best fixed rate for us. When the secured rate was about to expire, he did everything that he could to extend it. We were the first-time home buyer and Nick made sure that the process was as pain-free as possible for us. I would highly recommend him as he is one of the best mortgage agents that you can ever find!

My overall experience has been good, buying a first house is always nerve wracking but having faith in the agent handling your file goes a long way. Aidan Flynn was confident in advising and guiding me as I was completely new to the buying process in Canada. If he committed that he can get something done, he would deliver. If I ever were to buy a property again would definitely use and recommend them.

Aidan was a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and got us a great rate with a company I would never have found by myself. The renewal went seamlessley with his help. So glad to move from my previous mortgage which was a big bank and caused my credit score to drop quite a bit just a few months before my renewal was due, due to their internal errors in getting the right amount from my bank in time. Aidan helped me figure out what I needed to do to deal with the bank and the credit score companies so I could get the great mortgage that I eventually got.

Third time getting a mortgage 1 new/1 renew/ 1port through Christie at Canwise. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and always gets me the best rate in town. Porting isn't very easy process and usually not very rewarding as the new money portion isn't that big but she was able to answer all my questions like 100 of them and was able to help me through the entire process seamlessly. Highly recommended.

Amanda McGovern responded quickly and thoroughly to my questions and requests for information. She provided quotes from various mortgage providers for a variety of terms and did not pressure me to make a decision or select a particular provider or product. In the end, I ended up staying with my current bank, but the information Amanda provided allowed me to negotiate a better rate, and I would be happy to work with her again and plan to!
